Fabulous way to see other islands

This day long cruise took us close to the islands (as people got on and off the boat via tenders) and we could see the beautiful turquoise waters and reefs of the Yasawas. I wouldn’t have missed it! We knew we would be on the boat all day because only those with resort reservations can get off. The landscapes of the islands are beautiful as you travel past mostly pristine beaches on uninhabited islands. It’s truly spectacularly beautiful. The crew was very friendly and our lunch was very fresh and delicious.

Day explorer

At times it was like being on an overcrowded bus. However it was worth it as the Yasawa Islands are spectacular. I wouldn’t recommend this trip for children I think they would find it a long and boring day. Staff were friendly and our packed lunch yummy.

Fantastic way to see the stunning Yasawa Islands

We had a great day on the Yasawa Flyer II yesterday. It is a large and modern catamaran with three decks. You can always find some shade and it is easy to walk around. Downstairs is the air conditioned lounge. You can even get out to the front of the boat. You need to know that you can’t get off the boat unless you are getting off to stay at a resort. This was no problem for us. It was fantastic to see up close all these lovely resorts and the beautiful beaches and coral reefs that surround them. The Yasawa Islands are stunning and the sailing, snorkeling, diving, fishing are world class. You will start planning a holiday on one or more of these resorts as soon as you get home.
