A little rushed but still good value

I booked for 3pm but was emailed twice to change the appt time, first tip 330 and then back to 3pm.., The staff were polite and friendly but were busy with back to back bookings and only 3 staff so it did feel a bit like a production line. I took my daughter with me (12) who loved it. Massage was firm as I had asked but I did feel the masseurs longish nails getting in the way a bit. In reality it’s only. 45-50min massage, the hour is for entry to exit! . Great value for money compared to anywhere else nearby, just don’t expect a 5 star spa spa experience.
