cathie said... This trip has really lost its shine over the last 9 months since we last went. We have been on this day trip 6 times over the last 5 years and it was always on the "must do" list of things in Fiji. Sadly, the equipment is broken (hobie cat trampoline torn completely down one side, one hull has a split in it and was full of water and is unsafe and an accident waiting to happen). Sadly, staff sit around on their mobile phones now instead of interacting with guests. Morning bar lady was more interested in texting then serving guests! New Aussie guy and Uk guy at dive section need to spend less time trying to chat up girls and more time looking after guests. Pity, it was once a very good tour. Local guys on snorkel trip (Wise and 2 others still interacted well with guests)Food is still nice, it is just the equipment and staff seriously letting this place down. Surely 5 of them sitting around at the one time on their mobiles ignoring guests is way too many staff being paid to do nothing! Hopefully it will be addressed and once again a good tour. From the experience we had on the day we went, we would advise not to spend the $ if you want value for money.
